Dash cam not working
I got the dash cam as a gift for my birthday but it has a mind of it's own and glitches. Won't let me format the SD card, it says format failure Everytime I try. Won't let me confirm my registration and ultimately the product is defective. I'd like to return it but I'm not having luck getting in touch

Lindsay was extremely helpful and did everything we asked. He answered all our queries and moved our router where it needed to be, which was tricky for him but he did it without complaint. He also helped us with some technical difficulties which, without him, we'd still have been struggling with now. 5 stars for Lindsay

AVOID! Worst experience EVER!
This company is awful and have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered a letter plate on May 1st, 1 week later it hadn't arrived so I emailed customer support to check what the issue was. They said it would definitely be with me before the end of the week...alas...no letter plate! Emailed customer service again and was fobbed off with a tale that they are moving warehouse and to bear with them. I did "bear" with them, to no avail. Three weeks later still no letter plate! I emailed again to ask where it was, the person on the other end told me it was still out of stock?! Even though I had a "shipped" email notification on May 2nd! Lies upon lies upon lies! Avoid and do not give them your money. Still no refund which was apparently processed on May 23rd! I've never written a bad review before but this has warranted one. Disappointed is an understatement.
