Ongoing repair/washer replacement over several weeks. Technician polite, courteous & friendly. Bit drawn out between 1st visit diagnosis & part being available. Then finding one of parts sent was wrong . After technicians phone call query regarding said part he then informed us the situation would be a washer replacement. We received email information to follow up later the same day. Ongoing...
