Verification of old bank card issue

I'm a UK player. Joined in Apr 2024 with ID verification and very happy playing roulette and getting fast withdrawals!
However, discovered that they are charging 2.5% for debitcard deposits and £1 on withdrawals yet they use the same live roulette providers (Playtech and Evolution) as many other online casinos. So go with another casino instead who don't charge.
In Sep, Magic Red requested verification proof of address and photos of my bank debitcard. This is where issues started. In Sep I received a new debitcard from my bank as my existing one due to expire at end of Sep, and once received started using that new card and destroyed my previous card. Magic Red kept on hounding me for copies of this old debitcard despite me explaining it had been destroyed. They then wanted me to get a letter from my bank saying that my old card was no longer in use. This went on and on so eventually I closed my account due to this and the charging of deposits/withdrawals.

Will Vanquis please fix the App upgrade/update issues

I and many others are having problems with the app upgrade. All was fine with me until end of Sept and then an update/upgrade was available which doesn't work as get message saying that app has stopped even before opening. I note that Vanquis has replied to some of the reviews here saying they are aware that there are problems and these will be fixed. However there is no timeline stated. Why can't they simply roll back to the working previous version? Please state when this will be fixed. I have no problem accessing the website on pc but this is a long involved process as have to put in full details each time login.

Recent upgrade causes app to keep stopping!

Since the app upgrade 3 days ago, keep getting message: Vanquis keeps stopping - open app gain, close app, send feedback.
My phone is compatible and so is the version of android. I have uninstalled and installed the app 4 times but when try and open the app get the same message. This has only happened since the upgrade. Will someone please fix it, or roll back to the version before the upgrade.

Good value and quick delivery

Good selection of remotes for tv/recorder/dvd etc. Ordered a replacement one for a Panasonic recorder late on a Thurs evening and received first thing on Sat morning! Great quick service and good value.

smimarkets.com now smi-markets.com but still not licensed by FCA to do business in UK

Still awaiting my funds from withdrawal. Have to date submitted 3 withdrawals requests. From reviews and my own experience the brokers have a professional approach up to point of getting you to deposit funds. I'd be interested if any reviewers have had any success of getting their money out. Also I note that the company has responded to reviews from May-Jul when it was smimarkets.com but all has gone quiet since that site was taken down and re-emerged as smi-markets.com (note the hyphen).

Not authorised by FCA - be wary

At first a seemingly professional firm. A broker spoke with me to educate and demonstrate how to do a couple of deals. I then tried a few on my own with mixed fortunes. I then wanted to withdraw my balance after 4 days and the process is still ongoing. On 1 Oct the website was taken down. Saw that the firm is NOT authorised to carry out investment/broker bussiness in UK by the FCA as it is based in Estonia. A website has reappeared on 13 Oct with a hyphen in its name. Still trying to get my balance back.
