Any problems are immediately actioned upon, Everyone is helpful and pleasant. Jo, Craig and Anthony in the office. Special mention for Stuart for his idea to reshape the front hallway to make the garage conversion possible! Also Damon the site manager is very good, he gets things done! I wouldn't hesitate to use THI again for any other work in the future.

Monica was very efficient and polite, quickly resolved my issue.

Very easy to set up and manage the savings accounts. The communication from Investec via text and email is extremely prompt and comprehensive.

We were hoping that by using THI that they would totally take care of everything i.e. tradesmen, ordering the various building materials, building inspectors and any problems that may arise. They did all of the above!!
All building materials were delivered exactly as and when they were needed without delay.
The various tradesmen followed each other seamlessly to ensure they were no delays or gaps in the overall project, hence the job was completed within the original timescale we were given and to a very good standard.
If we needed to query anything the office staff were keen to quickly help out, particularly Craig and Jo.
Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to use THI again.

Useless!!!! Ordered a Xmas present for my daughter on Dec 17th on 24hr next day delivery to ensure it arrives before Xmas. It’s Boxing Day and still no delivery!!! Also my last delivery update was Monday Dec 20th!!!!!!!!
No surprise though the money was taken from card on Sunday Dec 19th.
TOTALLY unacceptable service, as soon as Xmas bank holidays are over I will be pursuing this further, and will NEVER order from House of Fraser again!!!!

Awful service all round.
Ordered a handbag on Oct 11th for my daughters birthday the next day. I paid for next day delivery.
The handbag finally arrived on Oct 14th, no warning of a late delivery, and no apologies.
It’s impossible to speak anyone in customer service which is wrong and very frustrating so I emailed my complaint, and requested a refund for the £7.99 next day delivery cost which obviously didn’t happen. They are offering a paltry £3.00 refund as “the handbag was still delivered” I have refused this offer and requested for a supervisor or manager to look into my complaint. As so write this there has been to email back!!
This is so frustrating as I wouldn’t have ordered it in the first place had I known it would take 4 days to deliver.
I will not be ordering from House of Fraser again!!!

Just had a rather nasty scuff repaired by James at Chips Away Sunderland. The repair is absolutely perfect and I feel the price charged was very reasonable. James is also excellent at keeping you fully informed throughout the whole process.
I will certainly be using James again should I ever need to!

Fantastic service from Motorway through the whole process. Very prompt and reassuring communication verbally and by email/text. My car ended up selling for much more than I expected or had been offered by other buyers including We Buy any Car!

Took delivery of my Porsche 911 earlier this month, despite the Covid restrictions throughout the buying process the Porsche Newcastle have been fantastic. Special mention to Chris Archer the sales exec, very thorough, professional, yet friendly.
