Ordered a handbag on Oct 11th for my daughters birthday the next day. I paid for next day delivery.
The handbag finally arrived on Oct 14th, no warning of a late delivery, and no apologies.
It’s impossible to speak anyone in customer service which is wrong and very frustrating so I emailed my complaint, and requested a refund for the £7.99 next day delivery cost which obviously didn’t happen. They are offering a paltry £3.00 refund as “the handbag was still delivered” I have refused this offer and requested for a supervisor or manager to look into my complaint. As so write this there has been to email back!!
This is so frustrating as I wouldn’t have ordered it in the first place had I known it would take 4 days to deliver.
I will not be ordering from House of Fraser again!!!
Really funny (and pathetic) that they invite me to write a Trust Pilot review…..what do they think I’m going to say??
