Fabulous staff!

Fabulous staff!
We recently purchased a house on your Viscount Green development. I can honestly say we had a very good experience. We would like to thank Anne who was with us every step of the way, providing an excellent customer experience. Nothing was too much for Anne who we bombarded with questions, (sorry Anne)! She always got back to us and she was as extremely understanding and professional. Thanks Anne.

Beautifuly made garments!

I ordered 3 dresses a size smaller than usual than I would buy from other stores, having purchased a Seasalt dress last year which was a perfect fit. All of the dresses fit perfectly and give a very flattering shape. As I have a large bust, they don't pull or gape which is
great. They also emphasise my waist which gives me more shape. I'm really happy with all of the dresses, and the fabric is light and breathable, ideal for summer. Well done Seasalt for thinking of everything! 🥰

I haven't received the order

I haven't received the order. I have tried to contact Homebase in Tesco Walkden today, but it has now closed down. The Walkden branch was given as a option for delivery of which I chose. It did not say the branch was closed. Spoke to Homebase customer service today and I was told I must have typed this in manually as it wasn't an option! That is not the case. They are now looking into my order and will contact the supplier which will take up to 3 days. I'm not happy with the man I spoke to as he indicated this was my fault! My order was for 2 tins of Farrow and Ball paint at just under £100 plus delivery. I'm not happy with the situation 😕

Helpful and friendly assistant!

The goods were ready for collection fairly quickly. The assistant was so helpful in getting my goods to the car and putting them in the boot. They were very heavy and I couldn't have managed it on my own. Excellent service from the assistant who was very polite and friendly.

Unhelpful and bad mannered Staff

I took some stick on tiles back as they were not sticky enough. I did not have a receipt but it was obvious they were from the store. The sale assistant told me I could not have a credit note as they don't do them and I would have to spend exchange goods that day for the same value in store.I said that was fine. I asked her how much I would need to purchase and she replied 'I don't know, I haven't got a calculator. I then said I could use my phone and as I was talking to her she walked off. I added £14.40 x 9 and it came to £129.60. She came back and I told her the amount. She then snapped at me that can't be right as you haven't even got 10. I replied 'look I will show you're and she still insisted it was wrong. I felt extremely humiliated as there were shoppers around and she had behaved in a rude and unhelpful manner. When I went back to the queue I was next to ge seen and the assistant walked off. It was pretty clear that she did not want to serve me. Another assistant came and I told her what had happened. She advised that she would tell the manager. I was very disappointed at my visit and extremely upset. The assistance's attitude was very poor and I found her to be obstructive and unhelpful.
