Failing service and tech stuck

Paid for auto backup and they never work. I am unable to recover my VPS from backups that I pay for. Basically, they offer an extra paid service that doesn't work yet they are aggressive about its advertising.
Their technical support is slow, unreliable and the only proper channel is email to them via a form that you really need to figure out how to respond to questions to get to the ticket part instead of "go and read our articles" message.
They technical support was not able to solve the problem and now, I have the exact same issue for the second time. While it's stuck on 99%, you can't do anything. You can't stop, you can retry, you can't restore from a snapshot and it's stuck for more than 10 hours already.
And all this is happening while they increased the existing service prices twice in the recent months.
You can't rely on this service long-term

Poor UI/UX, No support

I got a few VPS servers. First I had to prove my identity for days using email, which felt so difficult, old and autocratic. Then I used it for a few months realizing I am not even able to find the billing section to pay for upcoming invoices. Then my services got suspended a day before the due date, although I could not see any unpaid invoices. The payment method on their horrible UI says Valid, which makes me believe there was no problem with it. Couldn't reach support via live chat, and the chatbot is the dumbest I have ever seen.

Great offers

Great offers, powerful VPS, however prices are increasing all the time, not to mention "setup" fees that seem nonsense.
Support is hard to reach to.
They have created a new interface that is still beta!! with a lot of features unavailable on it, so you always have to bounce back and forth for different actions, however the new one is much better.
Sometimes I experience downtime with EU location, 90% of which were not scheduled.

Slow and irrelevant support

Slow and irrelevant support. My VPS is suspended because of bandwidth exceeding. I immediately purchased additional bandwidth and it has already been two days it is not activated, although I was charged. And the support talks nonsense.

Worsening Service day by day

Have been a loyal customer for 3+ years and the level of their service gets worse day by day.
Have had an open ticket with the for 7 days. They were not able to identify that the server bandwidth is consumed (for 3 days) although I told them it is consumed and I need to purchase additional bandwidth. Days after they noticed that, no one has replied to me to add the additional bandwidth (paid). My server is down for 8 days already.

Horrible brand, never rely on Nokia

Horrible brand. Never rely on Nokia. I purchased their infamous Nokia Beacon 1 WiFi Mesh routers (A pack of 3), and they suddenly stopped working after a while. I tied all the possible troubleshooting, including resetting the beacons. I tried contacting their support multiple times. They are rude, keep asking for information I already provided and never help.

Good services, horrible support.

Although the quality of the services is good, their attitude towards customers is horrible. My account was blocked because I used a VPN to connect it from a "sanctioned" country to that I have no relation to. After sending the passport and bank card photos (which is not safe at all) they kept asking more questions and asking for photo ID. And all these questions and the communication and the approach were rude and not customer-centric at all. I am still waiting for the solution. I am their customer for at least 2+ years.

Getting worse and worse

Getting worse and worse. I have been using Hostinger services for many years and have been upgrading to their higher-end offers. In the last few months they are never available through live chat, basically leaving you without a support. They have increased their renewal prices a few times versus the same package a year ago. After I had to buy a new package instead of renewing the old one (for the huge price difference) they left me without any help transferring the websites to the new hosting plan (although promised) The old plan expired with my websites being vanished.

Good prices, average quality, good but rude support

The prices are mostly cheap and affordable, some special offers are great, but they lack of clear information, you mostly don't understand what you get (like it is HDD or SSD or something like this).
Unless you get an email with special offers, the only choice on their website is to choose the number of cores, RAM, and the disk space. No options at all.

Once I have had a problem with my instance that was bought by a limited offer, then because they could not fix the problems with speed, I started to do experiments and reinstalled the OS for a few times. Then accidentally I removed the instance instead of reinstalling the OS, they refused to restore it, moreover the offer was not valid any more, they refused to do and exception and give me the possibility to buy it again.
