Refused refund when cancelling my order. Took the full amount. Ridiculous con artists. Reported to watch dog we have a right to cancel when the food place is unsafe and sells mouldy food.

robbed me off £184.90 told me heavily pregnant to drive 400 miles to an address they wrongly delivered to. Reported to trading standards after snotty manager laughed at me and said im not getting a refund after dealing with imcompetent staff through emails refusing to contact evri the delivery company which as states on evris website its the retailer that has to contact them direct yet mandmdirect apparently dont even have a contact number to the company to even do that. So BUYER BEWARE!! Your bank also wont help you... they accept the photo of the wrong property as youve received it even when you try rechallenge with a picture of your property the crappy emails and proof you ordered it to your own address not the other! according to the bank even though they ask you to send further evidence.... you only get the inital complaint of dispute nothing further accepted meaning these thugs win everytime!! Seriously dont waste your time on these thiefs!


To the reply below already done this for you to continue to refuse support and laugh like you think you have won robbing someone nearly 200 quid because you sent a photo of the address 400 miles away to the bank which I'm continuing to dispute back!!! This is not a laughing matter your robbing your customers.

Absolute scum of a service. Finances went to pot in pandemic leading me to gaining support from step change. Still decided to harass me and ignore rules. They rock up at your home during pandemics and make you feel hounded even though they're receiving payments. They add more money on regardless of an agreement from stepchange in place making it virtually impossible to escape them. Don't waste your time and money on these nasty bullies. Reported to trading standards and next will be the police if they contact me again. Need shutting down!

She was informative and curtious even in the difficult situation. We had, had a missed miscarriage.
