I’ve bought around a dozen pairs of glasses from select specs and always find them to be of great quality. At the prices they charge I can afford to have plenty of spare pairs without breaking the bank.
So incredibly simple ordering process. What’s not to like.

Not happy when you pay for next day delivery, wait in all afternoon, only to receive a text message from Hermes to say they can’t deliver today.
A parcel last week from another delivery was left on my next door neighbours doorstep.
I’ve had 3 parcels lost in the depot, 2 delivered to the other side of town in someone else’s house.
It’s not all bad though. I’ve had about 50% delivered correctly so I suppose that’s something.

Very fast delivery. Well packed. Good communication and tracking. Best price on the Internet. What more could I ask for!!

This is without a doubt the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. Delivery of 2 kitchen worktops expected Monday. Didn’t arrive!
Tuesday tuffnells assured me they’d arrive. Of course they didn’t. Was given some total lie about not being able to get up my street. (If only they’d checked google maps before making that ridiculous statement.)
Wednesday (today) delivery driver finally turns up. Sadly it was just to say hello it seems, as my worktops hadn’t been loaded onto the van.
Phoned them for them to completely pass the buck. ‘Contact the seller to find out when your order is being delivered’ she says. When I told her that the seller wasn’t delivering them, tuffnells is. She just said well your seller will be able to access more information????
What a totally ridiculous statement to make.

UPDATE:
Worktops have now eventually arrived. The driver couldn’t have been nicer. Same poor guy who turned up the day before. Also, spoke to someone at customer service this morning who was able to do something no one else had been able to do. Not only did She manage to locate my order but also managed to tell me he was actually in my area for delivery. So kudos to the lady from customer service and also to the lovely van driver. Tuffnells, if you employed more people like these 2 then your company would run more efficiently. These 2 are the only reason I’ve bumped up your star rating!!!
