Staff were amazing at helping me choose jewellery for my daughter’s 16th birthday and ended up going with pieces the sales assistant was wearing. She was brilliant in helping me decide for someone younger. Great quality for fantastic prices

I ordered from wylerahair.eu on 28th November and still no sign of this product. I assumed ordering from an EU website it would be coming from the EU but it has been shipped from Australia and even after numerous emails enquiring as to where it was as it was a Christmas gift I was thanked for my patience and they would be in touch with where it was in transit. Nothing to date. I have no doubt the product is good but the customer service is awful and they state no refunds if product lost they will send another but as it was a Christmas gift I had to buy something else so it’s useless now. I would be extremely cautious as to where the product is being shipped from and the terms and conditions especially as this gift I could have been bought in Ireland I later saw.
Further to your reply my product was shipped from on 30th November from Brisbane QLD where it was awaiting customs clearance and an international flight and all my updates were with AU postal service. Please check your records and you will see.

Used this website many times and was good but this time half the flowers that were supposed to be in the arrangement were missing and instead of pink and purple it was purple and red. It looked cheap and tacky.
