Had a call from Mohammad today. He was very clear and helpful with updates on my account. Friendly service and very helpful.

Terrible, impossible to get a hold of no one has the information I need get passed around to different departments constantly. Went ahead and tried to pay a claim I had without my approval dispute me emailing them to say I don’t accept the offer.

Just overall poor would literally use anyone else but them
