Called to ask something about my refund and also why they did send me a letter asking me to pay back the grants from 2021 as this was mistake and my account did corrected it and then the agent did raise his voice a bit and I said I think your are a bit rude and he told me I’m ( Dick Head and go and Fu… of) -Civil Servant in HMRC-all of their workers are working from home and using drugs and drinking all day long and then here is the result-this department should e shut down as it’s useless…………….

Absolutely disgusting, while I was playing I was awarded with bonus game with 12 free spins then after the first spin something went wrong and after 2 seconds I was surprisedly on the 12 spin and when I wrote to customer service I’ve been told that the problem is in my device and a soon as I download Google Chrome I should not have any problem and everything will resume from the moment it went wrong, never happened, never! Absolutely disgusting company!
