I initially ordered parts from an alternative supplier which were advertised as 'In Stock'. After 3 days waiting without confirmation of my items being dispatched, I decided to order the same parts with eSpares. I received confirmation that the parts were dispatched the same day and they arrived the next day! The parts were identical to the OEM's and of good quality. The washing machine was back up and running in no time. I then got a refund from the first supplier I ordered the parts from. Result! Thanks to eSpares.

Totally unreliable! Angles cars took a booking 2 days in advance for a medical procedure booked for 11am in the city. I told them at the time it was for a 82 year old lady and it was vital they showed up. Less than 2 hrs before pick up was scheduled they cancelled saying there was no driver available. Shame on you and your terrible service. From other similar reviews I would definitely avoid using this company in the future. Rubbish!

Booked my car in for brake inspection at Kingsbury branch. The Senior Technician, Karim, carried out the thorough inspection with great professionalism and care. He then highlighted any issues on the car's braking system and provided a detailed report. His approach and engagement with his customers was truly outstanding. Smartseal Rep initially called me to review my online order and discussed what I wanted to achieve with their products. As a result, Smartseal amended my order to a more suitable product which shows their level of comitment to customer service - Thanks again Smartseal! The product arrived quickly once dispatched and although the products arrived a little dented, thankfully there were no leaks! The product was efficiently applied with a roller. Two coats were applied as recomended to the pre-cleaned patio which restored the colour and made it look like new! I would also advise potential customers to watch the Smartseal video which was both helpful and informative to get the best results. I now feel that the patio is properly protected agaist the elements and trust it will remain looking this good for years to come! Definitely would recomend their products based on my experience.
