Very poor experience in the Swansea store yesterday. I felt like I was being followed by store staff, so I stopped to ask about it. I was immediately shouted at publicly by a manager. After I’d paid for my shopping I asked for a manager only for this person to accost me again, shouting that “you’re rude” in front of staff and other shoppers.
I was genuinely scared for my physical welfare and was very pleased to get out of the shop, while I could.
Shocking customer service. Avoid

Reliable service. I was very glad to see that the cars are kept onsite and not driven miles away like other airport parking.
A very friendly and helpful lady was on the desk when I dropped my car off. She gave clear and very handy instructions and a card with the instructions which was handy as I’d forgotten during my 2 weeks holiday! It even had instructions for the correct bus stop. Many thanks! X

Reliable company, some good tariffs, sadly there’s some large disparities for people who prefer to pay on receipt of bill rather than DD. An otherwise good experience with BG though, no hassle etc. Many thanks x

Pretty good and efficient service, no problems dropping off or collecting car. However, my car was utterly filthy when I collected it, I’d had it valeted days before I left and took photos, so I’m not very happy about that. and the mileage had gone up! It’s a brand new car so I’d have appreciated a bit more respect to be honest

Very good customer service from loveholidays. This is the third time I’ve holidayed with them. There was a small issue this time whereby my flight took a few of days to be confirmed. I love travelling with National Express, such a relaxing experience compared to the train and so much cheaper.
Yesterday was a good example of this. I returned to uk on a delayed flight from corfu to Bristol, with my 12 year old son. Bristol airport was utter chaos because of no baggage handlers. The queues for all forms of transport was horrific and I hadn’t pre booked a National express ticket. The lady driver to Cardiff was really lovely and friendly and reassuring and I made it to my connection to Swansea where again the driver was fabulous. I relaxed as soon as I got on the coach. Thanks for such a great service after a day of chaotic and awful travelling
