AVOID THIS COMPANY.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. You believe you are buying a one off product but in the small print you are signing up for a subscription. Once I realised, when the second payment came out, I contacted them by email to cancel my subscription. One week later I received a response but they hadn't cancelled my subscription as requested, they asked if I was sure and do I want to change the frequencies of the deliveries. I responded immediately to say no, I wish to cancel the subscription. A week later I have now have a third payment taken and no response regarding my cancellation. Also the goods take forever to come as I believe they are from China, this is not advertising anywhere on the website that I can see.

Amazing Experience!

I had never been on a group trip before and never had a tour guide so I didn’t really know what to expect. I went on a skiing trip to Andorra and had a wonderful tour guide Tess, who has set the expectations so high going forward because she was absolutely amazing! She made everyone feel so welcome and included and answered the hundreds of questions that we all asked her, she took care of us all like we were family and I love how she did all of this whilst being the heart of our new group of friends. Tess gave me some great advice while skiing ‘don’t look at your feet, look where you are going’ which increased my confidence massively and helped me enjoy the rest of our runs for the following days. The trip honestly wouldn’t have been the same without Tess being there, so for that I am so grateful and appreciate her so much!

House left uninsured due to First2Protect

Extremely unsatisfied with the service from First2Protect. My house is currently uninsured due to no fault of my own.
When I informed First2Protect of my move date of 29th of June they issued all of the documents with the start date of 29th of July. I reviewed my documents and informed them that they got the date wrong. I was then issued with correct documents with the correct date, however little did I know they didn’t cancel the 29th of July policy. I realised that two direct debits were set up so I queried this with the credit company who advised me that 2 policies were live. I then emailed Bradley Lovatt (bad idea on my part as Bradley is who dated it incorrectly in the first place) and asked him to cancel my policy dated 29th of July (in bold letters). I then got documents emailed through saying my policy dated the 29th of June was cancelled!
After speaking on the phone to First2Protect I have been told that my policy was cancelled with the effective date of 29/06 so technically my policy never existed. I was then told I would have to start again with a new policy which will start from the 12th of July and cannot be back dated.
Sophie was very helpful and actually managed to get the policy back dated.
Moving home is stressful enough without having to deal with people that are incompetent at their jobs.

Not refunded for return

I ordered 3 items, the products are a good quality and I kept one and returned the two as they didn’t suit me. Unfortunately after returning two in the same package I have only been refunded for one item. I have completed the online contact form to request the refund for the second item twice now and neither have been replied to in the 4 working time frame that they suggest. This is very frustrating as I am now left £80 short. I really hope I receive this refund soon as I followed the returns policy rules.
