Bought a round dining glass table

Bought a round dining glass table. I am always nervous about on-line purchases for these sort of items due to a previous bad experience with a different company. The Table arrived within a week or two and was very high quality, easy to assemble and a really good design. It was also great value for money - Not cheap but not overly expensive. Thank you Perch & Parrow you have restored my faith in this business model.

I paid an up front charge of £288 for a…

I paid an up front charge of £288 for a Banham visit to simply re-set my smoke alarm system (I was told you had to pay the service charge fee upfront). All the alarms, panels and everything were already in place. Two engineers arrived (one trainee) and replaced about 7 batteries and re-set the alarm pad. I was told the service charge had already been paid but I would be charged for the batteries. They were here for about an hour. I have now been sent a bill for £630 so an extra £342 for seven batteries.

Great blinds, great price, great service

We needed some venetian blinds for a new house just purchased in West London. Harvey came out to measure up and we placed the order there and then. Dan arrived less than two weeks later to fit them and did a great neat job and really good value for money. Thank you

Changing my view from a month ago

So I posted a month ago that my order had not been delivered and advised against ordering from them. They had explained that they had made a mistake with a delivery company and were trying to get the orders back from them while they chose another delivery company. I have today received my order delivered promptly and as promised by a delivery company called Arrow so it is only fair to reverse my post from a month ago. The product is very good quality and was very well packaged and I am very happy with it - I am a genuine customer not someone related to them so please give them a chance to bed this new delivery company in.

Very efficient service

Very efficient service - good clear instructions of what was needed to complete the claim. Claim approved within day or two and processed for payment. Went to Kwik Fit for the tyre replacement - took a couple of days as they had to order a tyre and were busy when turned up for fit so called in advance and went when they were quieter but Kwik Fit were great and helped with the claim forms etc. Great service - thank you.
