Why can’t I give Hermes a zero star review , I’ve had several orders delivered/not delivered by Hermes one order of 4 items 3 items were delivered and the fourth item was not delivered because they couldn’t find my address it’s got a big sign on the corner of my house not easy to miss and then my next order part of which was delivered but the rest has disappeared off this planet and all the seller has said is I can have a refund then reorder but then I’ve got to pay p&p which was initially free as my order was above a certain value - how do they manage to lose so many things

Ive ordered twice from glasses direct my first pair I purchased as a trial and was very pleased with the price service and quality so when I looked months later the same style was available so I ordered again in a different colour but I had a small issue with them and I’m pleased to say the after sales service was faultless, good communication and a small adjustment needed which was carried out very quickly so I’m sure it won’t be long before I’m ordering a again

I saw the add for low price frames and needing a spare pair of glasses so I ordered, I added on lenses that go darker and slightly thinner and very pleased when I received them , as my order was being done it was easy to see what stage they were at and was done surprisingly quickly and my glasses are equally as good as ones I paid my local optician a lot more for , it was very easy to copy my prescription onto the website and I will definitely buy again

This was my first order so I ordered a budget price pair of glasses to see what they are like and If my prescription was accurate and I’m very pleased with them and the website was very easy to understand and use
All the information was clear and well explained (frame sizes etc)
My glasses are well made and I can see perfectly
I will definitely be ordering again
