I ordered on 28th July and my package was meant to be delivered last week on the 2nd August and it says it’s under review by pharmacist - it hasn’t even been dispatched! This is ridiculous. No response from customer care either after I emailed them!
Never attempted delivery but said they did two days in a row. I paid for premium next day shipping on my package and when I checked my tracking info they claimed I rejected my package and it was being returned to sender… no phone number or anything to get in contact with someone to resolve this. Your courier for Dundalk/Co.Louth did not do their job! And when I did get in touch with customer service over their chat/emails they sent back the incorrect eircode. I corrected them and they still didn’t attempt delivery at the correct house. Shocking. Any other time I’ve had packages delivered your driver has hung it off my wreath hook but now all of a sudden not even attempting? Can’t win.

Absolute disgrace, do not buy from this company. My mother bought a couch off DFS at the end of 2023 and it wasn’t made with the correct heigh and the quality of the material/cushions is awful. All the promises of care kit/protective coating were a money scam. They’re worn so much in the past 9 months that it looks like the couch is closer to 9 YEARS old. It’s only myself and my mother and infant in the home so no reason that they should be so worn. The cushions are such poor quality that feathers are coming out through the material! They’re coming out every other day, no way to stop this & my 8 month old baby finds them and puts them in his mouth. He almost choked on one already!! This is completely unacceptable. They’re also an overall health risk because of how low they are. The seat cushions are too thin/badly made & you sink into them. May as well be sitting on the floor. My babies legs reach the floor when he sits on the edge as an example. The height isn’t what was agreed yet my mother is still expected to pay for them. We have been trying to get refunded for them and send them back months now and your customer service have been extremely slow to reply or not respond at all. Horrible experience.

Hello?! Can you maybe respond to your customer queries? My package was meant to arrive in October and still hasn’t been resolved! I’ve talked to far too many people on the phone who don’t have a clue what they’re doing. And have been told my queries are being sent to the relevant team but clearly they don’t exist because I’ve never heard any response 🙄 worst company. Over 3 months and no resolution.
Ridiculous! What is going on with your warehouse or stock lists online? I got an email a few days after my order to say it was amended & 5 items + 2 free gifts were removed from my order! Multiple of these items were Christmas presents. And I only spent on a couple of items to get the free gifts which I’m now not receiving so I’m actually losing money 🙄 Not to mention ALL of the items removed from my order are still in stock on the website!! What kind of service is this?!
The worst courier company by far. Customer service answering phones were extremely lazy, no professionalism answering a call - sounded like this guy just woke up from bed, thought I had the wrong number & so unhelpful. I’ve had no contact regarding duty fees on my package that was sent by express post (to be delivered within 3 days) 3 weeks ago 🙄 Also my package was only valued at around €20 but somehow I’ve been charged duty fees at €50?? Over double the amount?
It’s impossible to communicate with this company through email as they seem to take weeks to reply. Ridiculous and awful service. Will never use them again!
My parcel is delayed by almost a week now and I still haven’t received it. I was told that my address info was entered wrong on the site but I entered it 100% correct, it was already saved in my account due to previous orders which had no issue being delivered to my address? I didn’t appreciate the email I got pushing blame onto me when it is clearly a miscommunication between ASOS & DHL causing the delay. Especially when the tracking information says they sent it to the wrong sorting centre. Also once a postcode is provided it’s possible to get the delivery to the correct address so it’s a very poor excuse.
I sent 2 emails to customer services in relation to returning an item and no response.

The clothes are really nice however I paid for express delivery within 3 working days to Ireland and they didn’t arrive until after 7 working days. Very disappointing. I was told it was because of delays over COVID-19. There shouldn’t be an option for express delivery if there are known delays. I wasted €5 on it.
