Aqib replaced our old broadband with a new fibre link. We had excellent communication with him before he arrived. He turned up on time and was very tidy with the whole installation. He discussed everything he was doing and made a good job. We are very pleased with the result.

Kyle & Liam found and fixed a leak on our mains pipe that ST had already partially repaired. They arrived on time, were very helpful and polite and gave a full explanation of what they were doing. Leak was fixed with hardly any mess.

Water meter was showing we were losing water between the main water pipe and our house. Neil carefully investigated possible locations for a leak, gave us excellent advice as to what we should do and explained various methods to pinpoint the problem. He organised a gassing test to be carried out for us.

Waterfords Camberley branch helped us sell our house quickly and for our expected price in a volatile market (Spring '23).
We used their package deal with Shoosmiths conveyancing team. In hindsight we feel it would have been better for us to have used a local solicitor we could have met face to face in the final stages of exchange.

Turned up on spec with a flat tyre at 4:30pm. Even though they were very busy they managed to fit my campervan spare wheel to get me to the campsite. By 10:30 the next day they had obtained a new tyre, fitted it on the wheel and invited me back to swap the wheels over again. Excellent service, thanks especially to Stuart!
