First time shopping with lookagain, great experience, found loads of lovely things on there page, product I bought was exactly what I was looking for, I payed for next day delivery, I did not get it next day but the following day (so 48hours) I do believe this was Evri’s fault as I did receive an email stating it would be deliver then another one saying there was an issue with the evri driver. Lookagain refunded me the next day delivery charge without me even asking, they sent an email apologising and stating my refund would be processed there and then. Great customer service will definitely shop again.

Jasmin was very helpful, knowledgeable and able to answers all my questions. She maintained a professional approach and left me satisfied and with peace of mind that this a company will be my car insurer for the next 12 months. So far so good, great service and would recommend as a credible company for insurance

Easy navigation on website, quick delivery, good quality product and when I had an issue with my one of my products this was quickly attended to and quickly fixed by a great customer service team who went over and above to rectify my issue . Would definitely shop again.
