Truly lovely sheep bag charm, I had had my first order cancelled, I’m still unsure why, the charm kept appearing as in stock online so I ordered it again (ended up paying delivery charge x 2) The second order was delivered so although I’m very happy with the product I’m not happy at the first order being cancelled and I’m still non-plus as to why!

Placed an online order for afew items - had a message afew days later saying the one item I really wanted was now out of stock and there was a refund in its way - really disappointed.
The items that did get delivered where beautifully packed and of high quality

Missing item from delivery - emailed and tried to contact through customer services - a week later and still no response! So I’ve essentially paid for goods that I will never have - AVOID and go elsewhere if you can, as you can tell I’m very disappointed

You cancelled the appt for service 1 day prior to the actual appointment then “rebooked” and allegedly serviced my boiler on August bank holiday Monday, without actually making an appearance- amazing you now have invisible boiler service men!!! I’m totally unimpressed with your diabolical service - my patience has run out- I’m still waiting for my boiler to be serviced- useless!!!!
