Terrible delivery service. 4 days in a row they have sent me a email saying unable to access your property. Unfortunately there are cameras at the gate and i have myself sat there waiting for it and still the email arrives. Its always the same when we are expecting delivery's from the Northolt delivery dept. Spoken to them on the phone and nothing happens. The delivery drivers I think are liars because they can't be bothered if they are running late
I've used this company since 2021 because we buy bulk for our animals. Unfortunately you used to be able to choose between the 2 delivery companies but now they decide who to send it out with. Unfortunately they keep using the unless evri lot and been waiting 2 weeks for my order. Apparently lost and now the 2nd 1 seems to gone as well. This is not the 1st time. When you speak to customer service they seem uninterested. Bitba always had quick delivery and never seemed to get problems. Last year they seem to be going down hill quickly

1 star is to many. Utter shambles of a company. Been waiting for 2 weeks now for parcel. You get a message saying it's out for delivery , then you get another message saying due to problems not able to. Spoke to company which sent it and apparently it was lost, now the same has happened with the replacement. I do wonder if the company is employing thieves as delivery drivers because this happens so many times. If people and companies got any sense they would not touch evri with a barge pole. Update, evri now reply to my review with a telephone number, in which you still cannot speak to no one because it's all automated. And apparently my replacement parcel is now lost and need to ask company for yet another replacement. Utter terrible service

Utter waste of money. Only used because I wanted the underneath washed. Rest of car was left dirty and had to finish of myself. Can't beat the hand car washers. Won't use again
