ive bought a few items from Bucks the quality is always good and well presented, they are delivered on time and safely. the only complaint is the packing gets a little crushed during the process.

ok where do I start

ok where do I start ! I ordered a hamper when it arrived the is no way anyone had performed a quality check, as the buckle was part missing and the strap wouldn't pass through the baskets hole! I contacted CS they took forever to respond on WA and when they did they told me a lie !! that they would collect and replace at the same time (as this was a Christmas present) after four different attempts to discuss with CS I eventually got a replacement 7 days later this was after countless confirmation that the replacement was going to be delivered each time I spoke to them, very disappointed in both the quality of the workmanship and the lack of connection from F&Ms CS department you are selling a so called high end product "expertly curated" of your "extraordinary hampers"

Delivery was left on the ground in the rain

always happy to purchased from UGG unfortunately DPD left the outside of the gate on the floor in the rain and when I got to it (I'm disabled) the paper packaging and the items inside were soaked !! no good to say they cost £200

an average review

ive purchased four fans in the last few weeks, firstly I love the fans I wanted them for certain rooms in the house! the fans work well and the app is a great new feature hence me upgrading. main problems firstly these fans are £700 each and two out of four had serve packaging damage (one was thrown from the front of the van to the back) but both fans seem survive the damage! the other fan came with a software issue that caused it to disconnect from the app and later that evening switch off and on randomly this fan had to be replaced with a new unit. I felt that costumer service weren't very supported and it was hard to get a replacement agreed until I pushed (they wanted to wait to escalate 48 hours) but in all after the teething issues the fans do what they say on the tin !

great company great produce

I've bought a few products from Mous over they last few years, mostly backpacks and iPhone cases. the backpacks are great products and very protective. I've seen first hand how protective they are as I dropped mine with my MacBook Pro in while traveling!! both the MacBook & my iPad were unscathed after the event. this is the first year ive used the iPhone cases but ive put them on all the phones in the house now. they are very sturdy and a lot of thought has gone into the designs for comfort and protection. only downside is I have to look away every time I see one of their adverts and their launching a £1500 iPhone into the atmosphere!!

Poor Delivery but great aftercare service

ok so an update, after the review was published, I had a conversation and an apology from their Service team who were very friendly and supportive on trying to sort this issue out, so without prompt ive decide to update my review. - I found the driver to be a little rude, and somewhat inconvenienced by having to deliver to me! ive got cameras up so he didn't have to wait I met him at the door. but instead of handing me the packages and taking a photo he throw them on the wet outside floor. im disabled and struggle to pick anything off the floor which is clear from my appearance but yet he left them there and walked off.

ive used Megamac for most of my Tech needs from RAM upgrades to iPhone products. most of my items come from their suppliers in the states and its clearly sometimes difficult to source but Megamac always come through even if its on back order they let you know and try to get it to you asap (only even had to wait a week or less). great customer service. I highly recommend using this company.

battery replacement on a V6

I’ve replaced my battery on my V6, the product came with new screws and fitted exactly as the old one. It’s brought new life too my vacuum. Great service and great product I’ve had the V6 for 5 years now and only just decided it was time to replace the battery.
