Marek was fantastic to work with during my property purchase. He was proactive, reliable, and always ahead of the process — making everything run smoothly from start to finish. His communication was clear, and his advice genuinely helpful. I highly recommend him if you want a broker who truly goes the extra mile.

Very disappointed with the customer…

Very disappointed with the customer service experience. Communication was extremely slow — I had to wait far too long for responses, which made the entire process frustrating and drawn out.

To make matters worse, I was expected to cover the cost of return shipping to Australia, despite the product being received late and not of acceptable quality. Under Australian Consumer Law, this should not be the case, yet the company showed little regard for their legal obligations or for customer satisfaction.

Overall, very poor service. I would not recommend based on this experience.

LAW BROKEN - AVOID AT ALL COST

Completely forgot I ever subscribed to it and just got an unexpected charge of £104. The person who runs it should send a few check in emails to inactive subscribers and an email that the charge is coming up but they do nothing like that !Is this the level you care about your clients?The communication with April is just so un professional ,she has stopped replying to any emails now .The experience is very bad and sad that someone is trying to get the money to run the business but has unhappy clients allready just because can’t deal with it ! You are suppose to help women and if it doesn’t work for someone from the beginning how do you think you build the trust?! There is a law in UK fyi : Under new rules, businesses must: provide clearer information to consumers before they enter a subscription contract. issue a reminder to consumers that a free trial or low-cost introductory offer is coming to an end, and a reminder before a contract auto-renews onto a new term.20 Apr 2022. Have you heard about cooling period? On entry into the contract, the cooling-off period remains in line with other online contracts for goods and other services (14 days from the date on which the consumer first receives goods or the date the contract is entered into respectively).
A new ‘renewal cooling-off period’ of 14 days from the date a ‘relevant renewal’ occurs will be introduced. I am requesting a refund with immediate effect .
