Booked 2 lat flows at short notice (arrived in less than 2 days) to take abroad and use for the return home requirement. App used was fine, only stress was slow internet speed which meant we had to try uploading 3 times. Result back in about 2 hours. Printed cirt at hotel. Cheeper and easier than local spannish tests at €30 each. I was not prompted to do review and i do sympathise with those whose experience went wrong.

Had a Tui card account with NewDay and used it to pay for holidays. They were cancelled due to covid. Tui accounts were then closed way back last year but Tui sent 2 refunds this year to NewDay, not me? I had no choice but to write to NewDay asking why they haven't tried to contact me and i would like my refunds back.
Response, no reply! You have all my contact details.

So are they hoping i wouldn't contact them or what? Now i could rant on but i did try phoning but it rings and rings. I had one answer but they hung up! I'm holding back in making further complaint to give you a chance.

So go on NewDay do the right thing please and make contact, return my money and who knows i might change my mind about you!
