I declined both but offered suggestions for shipping procedures assessment plus training of staff and improvements to preparing and packaging books for shipment. Customer Service transmitted my suggestions to the appropriate departments.
Excellent timely response by Customer Service! BACKGROUND:The two yoga books that I ordered were tossed in a plastic shipping bag with zero protective padding. Of course they arrived with the corners damaged. Otherwise perfect books ruined by utterly careless packing and handling.Past orders have always been carefully packed and arrived in perfect condition.

eBay is not what it used to be. Their customer service is exclusively AI based as far as I can tell. I had a Seller neglect to ship an item that I had paid in full for. After three requests, the Seller created a shipping label but did not deliver the item to USPS to be shipped. I requested a refund. The AI response to that was wait three days for the Seller to respond. If no response then wait another seven days. I got no response from seller! However the Seller finally delivered the item for shipping seven days after I requested a refund. From date of order to delivery from Miami to NYC took 19 days for what should have been about 5 days. I got no human response to my concerns. I got only AI generated boilerplate. I have shopped on eBay since 2011. Now eBay keeps sending me AI generated emails asking about an issue resolved and closed months ago. No human response to the latest debacle. DON'T SHOP ON EBAY! No longer a customer service oriented marketplace.

The CBD oil was a miracle for my rescue cat who had extreme anxiety from being rescued, spayed then adopted all in a few weeks time. She was hostile and aggressive. She even tried to bite me when I put her food dish down as well as stalking and attacking me with no provocation. I was beside myself after reimbursing the rescuer nearly $800 to get her spayed.Due to Covid I could not meet her in advance. Got her from Next Door app. Rescuer kept her through the spaying. The whole scenario totally unhinged poor kitty. ENTER HOLISTAPET CBD OIL! I put a few drops in her cat pate. VOILA she calmed down...It took a few doses to get her really calm but the effect was noticeable from the first dose. After seversl weeks and one bottle of the CBD OIL she behaves in a normal friendly way. In addition her fur has become super soft and silky. I am ordering another bottle plus treats as I am very happy with Holistapet products!
