What a corrupt site ladbrokes is, honestly I have never been so f##king livid as this company has basically disrespected me, so i have an issue and contact customer services with my problem and wow it suddenly becomes my fault that there poxy fraudulent slot machine is running fine and theres no problem with it , except there was as stuck on a bonus and wouldn't let me play it and froze, so done everything they told me to do, went back on the game and reloaded and yep no bonus , so back to customer service I went and was told the bonus had already played out and my account had been credited, this is what you get with ladbrokes and the fact of it all the bonus supposedly payed me 35p, so they refused to sort my problem out and told me to basically go as I dont have a problem no more as I have apparently been already credited into my account, honestly I'm dumbfounded with how I've been treated by this horrible casino site.
I've taken screenshots of the conversation and am still amazed by there reaction , trust has gone completely and now realise this company is a complete fraudulent crooks who are out to just get people's money before they get caught , if the UK government do decide to act on the thousands of complaints people have made maybe companies like ladbrokes will be shut down as they need to be as they dont give a shit really as long as they make there money by ripping its customers off
