Refund seems impossible.
The quality of the items are so good I cannot fault. However I bought 2 dining chairs a Chandelier which I am keeping and all I want to do is return a £99 tap. This has now gone one for over a week to arrange a return the emails are dragging out I’ve been offered a 10% discount on a new purchase instead of my refund it makes no sense. I’ve never known in this day and age to arrange a return to be so complex and difficult. I still await my return label!!
