I ordered a present for a good friend of mines special birthday. The company I ordered it from informed me of the date of posting and the courier carried on with the updates. My friend said she'd also received notification of it's delivery so she was able to stay in to receive it. The courier came within the timeframe and the package was delivered safe and undamaged. We are both extremely pleased with their excellent service

I was looking for a softer cone for my mini cavapoo and I came across Pawsbetter. I quickly chose her size and colour and placed my order. I was looking for a UK based company so I wouldn't have to wait weeks. There was a slight hiccup on the Evri posting information but this was immediately resolved after I'd emailed Pawsbetter and received a speedy reply half an hour later. The new cone came today and what a revelation for my poorly pooch. No more hard plastic digging into her neck from the regular vet supplied cone but a softer cushioned adjustable one instead. She's only worn it today but already she is a happier pup, playing with her toys, and looking very trendy too. I shall be recommending this site to all of my dog walker friends and anyone else I meet. This cone looks great, feels great, is lightweight yet sturdy, washable and waterproof too. I had an AVC with my first employer and when I retired from my last job I wanted to get the funds invested so I opted for a SIPP drawdown after information was sent to me. Despite my internet provider not sending me a new hub or ethernet cable for my new contract, the engineer installed the necessary wires/ equipment and demonstrated how it would work once Plusnet posted me the new hub. He called round later on with an ethernet cable to enable me to use my old hub/mobile and watch tv. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable and even spoke to the Plusnet technical team once I'd got through to them and he explained what they needed to send me. I won't be able to use this full fibre for 3 days so at least I am still connected...Plusnet just stopped everything so I was quite miffed with them. I appreciate your engineers efforts.

I was looking for a cool mat that didn't feel like a lump of hard plastic. I found this website and was delighted to find exactly what I was looking for. I chose a small pink cooling mat which my mini cavapoo adores. She happily lays on it daily and during that awful heatwave recently, it was fantastic at keeping her cool and comfortable. I've washed it twice now and it's still working great. Might have to buy a large one for me. I am very impressed with the price, the product and the quick delivery.
