New installation of full fibre broadband

Despite my internet provider not sending me a new hub or ethernet cable for my new contract, the engineer installed the necessary wires/ equipment and demonstrated how it would work once Plusnet posted me the new hub. He called round later on with an ethernet cable to enable me to use my old hub/mobile and watch tv. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable and even spoke to the Plusnet technical team once I'd got through to them and he explained what they needed to send me. I won't be able to use this full fibre for 3 days so at least I am still connected...Plusnet just stopped everything so I was quite miffed with them. I appreciate your engineers efforts.
