Information on delivery was not accurate had to phone twice before I was told the truth that it was coming via another courier and they would contact when out for delivery. No contact but doorbell rang and dishwasher was left outside.

Took a little time in getting sorted but I put that down to our rural location. When 3rd party arrived to fix my problem he was very courteous and explained what he would have to do. (I had put petrol in our diesel car!)
