One star only because zero is not an option. Tried to book a hotel in Kendal for £67.99, when I got the confirmation through, I was booked into M6 Northbound Burton for £60, this may or may not have been my fault, phoned customer service immediately, but I was told that I could not change the hotel, only the date, told him I was actually offering Travelodge more money. Still, obviously, the computer says "no". I have just changed the date of my return journey, which cost £12.50 for making an online change. Unbelievable, they care nothing about customers, just making money. I have a booking in January with them worth £2,800 - but as I said they care nothing about customers!

AVOID - possible scam with no customer service

They are making money on the back of a cancelled holiday due to French travel restrictions. Booked parking in good faith at Edinburgh - our ho9liday has been cancelled and they will only refund part of the charge. It's a shame that £10 means more to them than having a recurring booking. They offered a £10 voucher - what good is a voucher at an airport car park - unless you are flying somewhere!?! Dissapointed
