Contacted Cast fire places as we needed a replacement grate for the fire that was in our house when we moved in, the person who emailed me back asked me to send pictures of said fireplace and within a few minutes emailed me back to tell me which fireplace we had and which grate would fit. Excellent service. Fire is now roaring up the lum
Review of Tyre Shopper
Ordered tyres for a date and time that suited me and had confirmation of booking. Turned up to the garage on the day to be informed that only one tyre had been delivered. Total waste of time. The money I saved ordering from tyre shopper is now not a saving as it’s costing me extra money to go back to the garage and time I will never get back. This is the last time i will use this site.

Review of Viking Direct
Still waiting on my order which was meant to be delivered the next working day but wasn’t dispatched until the day after I ordered it.
Will not be ordering anything again.
I have been in touch with customer services and have been told orders take 24-48 hours which is not what it says on your website. I have asked for a refund for my delivery charge and have been told I have to wait the 48 hours and If I still haven’t received my order then I will get a refund. This is not good enough as far as I’m concerned.

I’m not really convinced that it is worth it, I have a had three cases of beer delivered so far and I still have all the snacks that have come with the beers unopened in my cupboard, and I have never read the magazine that comes with the beers, I have had a quick look it don’t find it interesting it feels more like an advertisement than anything worth reading. I had phoned to cancel and the person I spoke to convinced me to get one more case at a cheaper price as I had managed to accrue £12 worth
Of discounts somehow. So my latest case felt like it was nearly worth it.
8 beers and two packets of snacks and a magazine is not worth £24.
I will be phoning to cancel again but this time
I won’t be talked in to “just one more case”
Review of Toolstation
I ordered on the website, then went to store and picked up from the door, very well organised and got everything I ordered, just a shame the dickies trousers I ordered ripped in the first few hours of wearing, returned to store for a full refund.
