Still waiting on my order which was meant to be delivered the next working day but wasn’t dispatched until the day after I ordered it.

Will not be ordering anything again.

I have been in touch with customer services and have been told orders take 24-48 hours which is not what it says on your website. I have asked for a refund for my delivery charge and have been told I have to wait the 48 hours and If I still haven’t received my order then I will get a refund. This is not good enough as far as I’m concerned.
