DPD always give a time slot for the delivery by text and email and always keep to that slot. DPD always stick to the alternative delivery option that we indicate. In our experience no other parcel delivery service has been able to do this.

No complaints regarding the delivery and ordering procedures. Was however disappointed with the selection of wines that were delivered compared to previous deliveries of similar orders. In this instance there was a high percentage of Spanish red wines (50% of the case of 'Black Reds', whereas previous orders have had a more varied selection.
