I had to be in London so arranged pick up at Hampton Wick. Despite not knowing me or serving me before Graham at the store was exceptionally friendly. He then gave me some guidance about gravel riding in Bushey park and on my return told me about Richmond park nearby. They also allowed me to use the car park as it was a weekday. The whole experience [and the shorts I collected] was ace!

A totally professional approach. Communication was excellent throughout and what I really appreciated is that Matt always followed through on everything he'd written or said, without delay. When I wanted to collect the watch from him personally he ensured that was possible. When I was too excited by the product and lacked the confidence to wear it home on public transport he arranged tracked delivery to my house the next day! It duly arrived in the morning beautifully packaged. For 25 years I've relied on a local jeweller [and friend] for all high end purchases and this experience equalled that high standard in every way.
