I placed an order 2 weeks ago and have had no confirmation of dispatch and no communication. I have contacted funnyfuzzy to ask for an update and my email has been ignored. Wish I had read the reviews first. I will raise a dispute via my credit card.

A bit tricky to find the car park but smooth sailing once we got there. 20 minutes brisk walk along a fairly busy road from the venue (Principality Stadium).
Beautiful, bespoke item. A personalised gift for a communicant. Took longer than expected to arrive - allow 10 days from order for receipt. Worth the wait. Thank you.
Terrible customer service and communication. Unexplained delays and failure to provide updates with no accountability. Had to chase for information constantly, otherwise would never have heard from them. Finally advised the courier (Tuffnells) had “lost” our entire pallet of radiators. I am not convinced they were ever shipped based on the experience I had with this company. Unreliable and one to avoid.
Edited to add: I did receive a full refund after weeks of chasing my delivery and following a couple of delayed delivery dates. As mentioned, the company never made contact with me proactively - they only ever responded to my questioning where the delivery was and repeated “chase” emails/ calls. While the delivery issues may have been due to the courier, my order was delayed more than once prior to shipping and without communication. There was no ownership taken and that is entirely down to Trade Radiators. I appreciate the apology but your standard of customer service is in need of review.

Thanks for this Yvonne. Please be assured the items were dispatched with the courier in good faith. You were sent a dispatch confirmation email with full tracking, as discussed with our Customer Service Manager at the time, the tracking was provided by the courier's own system when they collected the goods. Tuffnells were very unhelpful regarding your goods and the whereabouts of the pallet, we did speak with you several times a day over several days as we continued to chase Tuffnells. As you know, Tuffnells eventually came back and said they had lost the pallet which we agree, is very odd. We refunded you in full as requested. We stopped using Tuffnells not long after this as this sort of issue is just not good enough. Apologies again for what happened, this is very rare and most definitely not a reflection of our reliability or usual standard of service, which is second to none. Thanks and sorry again.
We have had 3 deliveries from Furdeco and the delivery drivers are always polite and helpful. They accommodated our delivery time request and called in advance. Would recommend.

The customer advisor I spoke to was very helpful and kindly confirmed the information she had given me by email. However, I was unhappy to hear that I was not able to keep my existing fixed deal (with 2 years left to run) because I was moving house. I would have liked to be able to maintain my current contract with Ovo at my new address. This was especially frustrating as I had only signed up to the fixed deal 2 months earlier.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review for OVO Energy on Trustpilot. I understand your frustration with not being able to take the fixed tariff you entered with you when moving home but rest assured you will not incur any early exit fees associated with the tariff.
Unfortunately we are only able to offer the tariffs that are available at the point you notify us of your move. It sounds like the fixed tariff you were on was no longer on offer but please keep an eye out in the future for other tariffs as we tend to release new ones regularly.
Placed an order in June. Called at the end of July to check as we have not received the order. Had to call a few times over the course of 2 weeks and have been told a couple of times the order had been “forgotten” and promised delivery dates that have come and gone. Called them Sunday after being told that would be hand delivered this weekend and was told we *might* get them the next day. Terrible service and communication. Staff are surly, unprofessional and unhelpful - particularly the male owner. Definitely steer clear.
