Have had both eyes operated on since late January 2025 and I can’t thank the surgical teams and staff enough, they were brilliant. Friendly and caring staff made me feel at ease and I realise now there was nothing to worry about in having the cataracts removed. The results have been brilliant and having 20/20 vision in both eyes and seeing colours as they should be makes the inconvenience of having to use reading glasses seem trivial.

Recently had complex cataract surgery due to long-ago trauma to that eye at Manchester. The staff were friendly and helpful and I cannot fault the surgical team including the surgeon; they were fantastic.
After three weeks the eye operated on has perfect vision so I am delighted.

Bought the Nexo air-Walker robot for 12 year old son. Found the build to be really flimsy and lugs securing the legs keep dropping out. The suction facility is very ineffectual and the robot won’t stick to a wall never mind climb it as advertised!
Overall, very disappointed and will be returning the item soon.
