It's just so bad

Wow....if you like your adverts with a tiny bit of badly written content ,that's almost like news...but not really. Then this is the place for you.

Avoid at all costs…

Unfortunately I am unable to give minus stars for this company.
They are the worst. Out of the last 4 dealings with them no deliveries arrived and no collections were picked up. Both deliveries were marked as delivered and a picture of a random door sent to me as proof of one parcel making it to me. The collections just didn't happen with no further communication. The absolutely useless bot communication leads to a human...maybe...who asks for more details and then never gets back to you. This doesn't seem to be a problem with the drivers but further up the line. There are far better ways to send parcel's and companies out there that know what they are doing. Failing that throw your parcel into a river and pray to odin....it's more reliable than evri. Don't be fooled by the contact customer support option. There isn't any.

Automatic poultry door

Purchased 2 automatic doors. 1 failed after 18 months then the replacement failed after 9 months.
3 doors with only 1 working...not good. Was offered 15% discount on a new door. Very expensive for a door that has proven to have problems.

If you encounter a problem with your product after 2 years from your purchase date, we can offer you to buy a new automatic door or sometimes specific spare parts with a 15% discount.

If you contacted us within 18 months of your purchase and that your product is presenting a manufacturing defect, we should be able to replace it for you under the framework of your warranty.
