Received secondhand items and then ignored by customer service

Ordered two cat baskets for almost £100. When I received them, one of them was clearly secondhand and in much poorer condition than the other one, with no label. I called straight away to arrange a replacement and they told me to email some photographs, which I did. Despite emailing and contacting through the website, I never heard back.

24 hours later and transaction still processing. No response from the support ticket I raised 15 hours ago. Poor customer service.

OK but some stale items

Chocolate based items were tasty but a couple of items were stale with loose lids - no response from customer service. I found some of the flavours to be quite unpleasant. Interesting idea but wouldn’t order again.

Really poor customer service - made a significant complaint about an autocentre and received no reply whatsoever. Terrible experience from start to finish.
