Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service. I haven’t received my order I placed in January which was to be delivered on the 7th March. Fast forward several delays I got an text 21/5 saying to pay for the sofa and it will be delivered finally on the 3rd June and only to receive a text on the 28th to say delivery is delayed without a date. Since I have been trying to get my money back emailed the store, even spoken to the Stevenage Store Manger a couple of times and he keeps on saying his shop floor is full of customers and he can’t deal with me. I am a customer too and I do not understand why after taking more than £1000 I’m not important. He is meant to be calling with ‘options’ and in the same breath he’s said nothing will happen because it’s the weekend. Hoping he’s call me or am I a fool to think he’d ever want to sort this issue. Absolutely disgusting. I will be reaching out to ombudsman as I have no hope after reading other reviews too

Shocking company

Shocking company, ordered a sofa in January with a delivery date in March. Still not delivered and tracking keeps on changing the date of delivery with no one to ask an update from. Since 15th April delivery is supposed to be on the 21st April but no news from SCS. Have sent emails on their contact us page twice and no communication. Where is my sofa and where is my money! How can no one get in touch

Can’t contact them to chase the refund

Ordered twice and both the times delivery was quick. However now 14 days after some of the items were returned still no refund and can’t contact them. There is no ‘contact us’ page working on the website and now £60 out of pocket. Never again I would use this company.
