Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service. I haven’t received my order I placed in January which was to be delivered on the 7th March. Fast forward several delays I got an text 21/5 saying to pay for the sofa and it will be delivered finally on the 3rd June and only to receive a text on the 28th to say delivery is delayed without a date. Since I have been trying to get my money back emailed the store, even spoken to the Stevenage Store Manger a couple of times and he keeps on saying his shop floor is full of customers and he can’t deal with me. I am a customer too and I do not understand why after taking more than £1000 I’m not important. He is meant to be calling with ‘options’ and in the same breath he’s said nothing will happen because it’s the weekend. Hoping he’s call me or am I a fool to think he’d ever want to sort this issue. Absolutely disgusting. I will be reaching out to ombudsman as I have no hope after reading other reviews too
