Wanted to change to octopus energy because of other 5 star reviews of the service they provide and I was not disappointed very easy change over from my old supplier only took 3 days I also wanted to get smart meters fitted to make life easier that was also very easy got an appointment for fitting within days of signing up that went without a hitch the installer was done in a few hours very impressed with both services very much recommended.
