Once again, ordering from Morrisons Grays, the wrong items were delivered. Driver told us we have to contact JustEat. They do not take any calls. You have to log online to claim refund. Not good

Forklift and aislemaster drivers are pushed to abandon Health and Safety standards to achieve required KPI's. Very toxic environment. I hated every day I had to go to work. H&S needs to be a priority. We were warned about a safety inspection in advance. Everyone was on their best behavior. Beforehand and afterwards, everyone was pushing to meet KPI's.
Review of CTRG Limited
I started working at Wincanton Dartford Ikea on Monday, July 24. This was through the agency, Challenge TRG Recruitment. I have done all required inductions, training and started working my shift pattern.
August 4th, was supposed to be my 1st weekly pay. Unfortunately today, August 8th, myself and 4 other people are still waiting on payment for last week. Friday, August 11th is our next payment date. If / when this will happen is a mystery. Dave at Challenge keeps on telling us how sorry he is about the mix up and that payment will be made into our bank accounts by 5pm that day. So far this has not happened. Let's hope today will be my lucky day.
Working at Wincanton Dartford is absolutely amazing. Staff and management is very helpful and friendly. I cannot wait to end my 3 month probation as an agency worker to be employed by
Wincanton.

Review of Northgate Vehicle Hire
I am a sole trader / self employed van driver. I have had multiple issues. Requested Volkswagen Transporter, but Citroen Dispatch was delivered. Apparently Transporters were not available. Arrangement was they locate one and we swop. That was 3 months ago. I am strangely still paying the Transporter rate and not the cheaper Citroen rate.
On September 9th I requested a swop to a Volkswagen Caddie Highline. A van available on their website. I was given pricing on Startline and Trendline. Decided to go for the Trendline. On September 15th, I received an email, telling me that only Startline is available, but that weekly rate for Startline is now the higher rate that was quoted for the Trendline.
I was also informed that no Volkswagen Caddie was actually available.
There seems to be a patern emerging. In the reviews I read about bigger companies being extremely happy with the service they are receiving from Northgate Van Hire. Northgate willing and able to go the extra mile.
CAN I THEREFOR ASSUME THAT NORTHGATE POLICY IS TO ONLY PROVIDE PROPER SERVICE TO BIG COMPANIES, RENTING MULTIPLE VEHICLES??????
