Lots of contact up until phone call to tell me date of cremation. After cremation date nothing for three weeks, after two weeks my daughter and myself made several phone calls to the Bourne office, usually getting redirected to the call centre in Manchester. We were promised on each call that someone from Bourne would ring us back, no one called back. On the Friday afternoon, three full weeks after my husbands cremation, I finally got through to the Bourne office and was told my husbands ashes were there waiting for me to make an appointment to go and collect them. I wonder how long they would have been there if I hadn't managed to get through.
Very angry and disappointed
