For my partner's birthday

For my partner's birthday, I did slighty overwiew the date (first time ever) so order a beautiful arrangment in the morning and it was delivered the same afternoon. The local Interflora agent was perfect.
After 20 years as a client, I was disappointed only ones but it was long time ago.

It was an interesting delivery

It was an interesting delivery. The delivery driver arrived with two crates (nothing wrong with this). I like the small box for each veg (good idea) but a great shame that nothing has been planned for the poor potatoes. The 2 kgs of them were just shuffled as bulk at the bottom of the crate. Don't get me wrong. I share a world with the minimum of plastic and packages but my small brain of customer thought of a paper bag of some sort. But maybe I have asked for too much.

I am a customer since 2003 and have never any issue with the ordering process and the quality of the items. The price is a little bit high for me but we are talking about heavy duty items which are made to be treated rough. I suppose the quality as a price. It is on top of my suppliers list.

Ordering on the website was easy

Ordering on the website was easy. Although the box arrived fairly damaged, fortunately, the items inside were intact. I was very pleased to see that the famous Engelbert Strauss quality was still a reality.

As always

As always, our local delivery driver is friendly and take great care of the items to be delivered. Since last year, improvements can be clearly seen. Just customer service to be more helpful and less rude and a fifth star will be in the box.

I am very happy of my local Timpson

I am very happy of my local Timpson. The member of staff is very competent and take times to note every articles given. And the items I bring can be a challenge at time like 12 pillowcases, king size fitted sheets and other type of linen but nothing is too much for her. An excellent customer service.

After a shaky start with EON in 2019…

After a shaky start with EON in 2019 due to previous incorrect readings provided by the owner which took a year to be resolved, communication on both side enabled a much better customer experience. Several times, I was able to see how professional the customer team was. As we say, always room for improvement but EON showed they were able to listen to customer sometimes.
