I arranged for a parcel to be collected…

I arranged for a parcel to be collected for a return. A had an email confirming the date that it would be picked up. Unfortunately the parcel was never picked up but i had received another email from hermes saying that they had tried to collect the parcel. I was in all day and they never attempted to ring my bell.
