I found the website to be extremely well laid out and easy to navigate. I particularly liked that the item dimensions were on the first look and I didn’t have to go searching for them.
Ordering process was straightforward.

I never hesitate to order from Roman as items are always good quality, sizing is consistent and they are really quick at despatch and delivery.

So easy to order and the delivery was pretty quick.
So pleased with the quality and fit of my items.

From start to finish communication was excellent.
Our doors were installed by a friendly, competent two man team ( unfortunately I have forgotten their names). Any questions were happily answered and everything was explained clearly regarding locking the doors etc.
The installation was checked and a slightly stiff door was sorted a couple of days later by a master installer (again annoyingly name escapes me). It was explained that a few tweaks may have to be made occasionally to ensure a perfect fit.
The doors look great and are of good quality and we are so pleased we went with this company. A few years backs they had fitted sone french doors for us which we were happy with which is why we used them for the doors.

It was easy to sign up online but I haven’t had to use it yet so I cannot comment any further.

My parcel was delivered within the timescale provided and the driver kindly put it into my garage for me as it was quite bulky and heavy. I must say your tracking system is amazing.
