The Behavet team are highly professional, knowledgeable & committed to helping clients to help their pets.

We’ve been on a very long journey with our dog who has many behavioural challenges. Having had our first consultation with Dr Aston, we feel for the first time that there is hope for our situation. Dr Aston listened to our concerns & asked us what our priorities were then put an initial strategy in place to help our dog. We have complete confidence in Dr Aston & are very hopeful for our dog’s future.

The coat was not to the expected standard & was returned.

2 weeks later Lands End have yet to acknowledge receipt let alone refund!

Great driver - unreliable company.

Terrible state of affairs when your Christmas tree arrives 3 days after the requested date of delivery! A big disappointment to the whole family.
When it finally arrived, the driver was very helpful, pleasant & professional - such a pity he works for such an unreliable company - I’m sure he could do much better for himself as he would be an asset to an hauliers.

Poor customer service & non existent communication.

Bought glasses from this company last year & tried to buy again this year. After 6 weeks of constant calling & unanswered emails, my glasses were still not in production & I had to buy elsewhere.
Now I have a scratch in my glasses from last year & am trying to claim on their 2 year guarantee. They have so far ignored my emails, including the one I sent direct to the CEO Gavin Winstanley. Really disappointing! This is not the level of service which I experienced last year when buying my glasses. I honestly couldn’t recommend this retailer to anyone now.
Shame on you Gavin Winstanley!

Podgy Paws - a first class retailer of quality pet supplies.

I bought a Hurrta Downpour Suit on line. The suit comes in a vast array of sizes & I didn’t get it right. After contacting Podgy Paws, we arranged that I would drop into the shop in Keswick the next time I was in the area & they would carry out a fitting to make sure I got the correct size for my dog.
Ashley was fantastic! She spent a lot of time with us, trying on various sizes until she got the best fit for my pup, even though the shop was extremely busy. Ashley is super friendly, very knowledgable about her product lines & extremely professional.
I will definitely be returning to Podgy Paws & hope to buy lots of goodies for my dog from their very extensive range of quality products.

Avoid this bunch of thieving bandits!
I placed an order which never arrived.
I sent several emails which were never answered. I left a voice message on their never answered telephone & got no response.
Money lost, no goods received & communications ignored - dirty thieving bandits May as well have put their hand in my pocket & stolen my money!

Couldn’t fault branch staff but customer service department leaves a lot to be desired.

I recently sold my vehicle to Cazoo. The process was easy & went without a hitch & the branch staff were polite, helpful, welcoming & professional
Later that day, I realised I had not taken a photo of the odometer for my insurance provider who refunds payment based on the estimated annual mileage Vs the actual mileage.
I called Cazoo customer services to request a photo of the vehicle odometer & the advisor was less than helpful. The following day, I had an “online chat” with Cazoo to make the same request & although a different advisor was more helpful, on this occasion, I am still waiting for the requested photo re than 2 weeks later.
I am now resigned to the fact that it is unlikely that Cazoo will provide the requested information thus depriving me of the opportunity to make an unused mileage claim from my insurer.

The Rydale Yapham doggie fleece.

The Rydale Yapham is a lovely doggie fleece & is a very high quality, well made garment.
I already have one for my puppy & preferred the same size in error so had to return it. I was hoping to replace it with one size larger but unfortunately, due to these garments being so popular, it wasn’t available in my size & colour choice. The returns process was easy & I received my refund quickly.

British Gas must do better!

Waited all day for a British Gas engineer - joker turned up at 17.05 - appointment was booked for an 8am - 1pm slot!
Anyway, all I wanted as quote to remove a radiator & wall mount a vertical replacement. Bloke gave me some old flannel about plastic pipe being useless because it furs then took the toe of his filthy boot to my wall! He was swiftly shown the door.
Simply not good enough British Gas!

The Kitchen Depot - Greenock

From design to completion, “The Kitchen Depot” (Greenock) provided an outstanding service.
Shauna took her time over the design phase of our new kitchen, making sure that she understood our requirements & produced a great design layout which went way beyond our expectations.
Willie carried out an on site inspection to confirm the design with us & within a fortnight he was back to commence the work.
This turned out to be the last week before lockdown & he worked very hard, often way beyond his finishing time, in order to complete as much of the project as possible, knowing that the pandemic could halt his progress at any time.
William is a perfectionist who takes a great deal of pride in his work & whose results speak for themselves. He has worked very hard & conscientiously to produce a high quality kitchen far beyond our expectations. He is punctual, dependable & very personable & we would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
The project was unfortunately halted due to lockdown & although Willie had completed most of his work, he was unable to finish until other tradesmen were able to attend to carry out their respective parts of the project.
As soon as lockdown was sufficiently relaxed to enable joinery & tiling work to be undertaken, Willie was back in touch & arranged to follow up & complete his outstanding works.
We now have our dream kitchen completed & are extremely impressed & satisfied with the results.
The units are very high quality with an excellent standard of finish & at every step of our journey “Kitchen Depot” have provided a highly professional service with absolutely no pressure to proceed beyond the free design phase.
We can highly recommend this company & their very professional team to anyone in the market for a quality kitchen.
