British Gas must do better!

Waited all day for a British Gas engineer - joker turned up at 17.05 - appointment was booked for an 8am - 1pm slot!
Anyway, all I wanted as quote to remove a radiator & wall mount a vertical replacement. Bloke gave me some old flannel about plastic pipe being useless because it furs then took the toe of his filthy boot to my wall! He was swiftly shown the door.
Simply not good enough British Gas!
